Industrial Power Board Design Recovery After a Lost Archive
A maintenance shop needed a buildable record of a power board used in stationary equipment.

Background
The only files on hand were a mechanical drawing and a photo of a failed unit. The board was the owner's spare, removed from equipment they service under contract. Several power devices were marked obsolete by their makers.
What we did
We captured both copper sides, rebuilt the power and housekeeping schematic, and wrote a BOM that separated confirmed markings from devices that needed a redesign path. Mounting holes and the output connector stayed as measured.
Files handed over
Schematic, BOM, outline notes, and a substitute shortlist for three withdrawn power parts. No public price was attached; the shop received a project quote after the photo review.
Result
The shop archived the pack with the machine file and ordered the still-available parts before the next shutdown. The withdrawn devices were queued as a redesign, not forced into the extraction BOM.
