This page explains what Boardrecord stores when you request a project review. It is written for the inquiry form on this site.
What we collect
Name, email, WhatsApp number, service type, layer count, project description, and any file you attach. A technical visitor id is stored only after a separate statistics request from your browser, not as a cookie on the page response.
Why we collect it
To answer the inquiry, prepare a scope, and keep a record of the authorization confirmation you submitted. We do not sell inquiry data.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records and attachments stay until the project is closed and the handover is finished, or until you ask us to delete them and we have no duty to retain the file.
Cookies and measurement
Analytics scripts stay off until you accept the cookie notice. Rejecting the notice leaves the site usable. The notice choice is stored in this browser so the page response does not set a cookie.

To ask for access or deletion, send the same email address through the contact form and state the request in the project description.
