Industrial PCBA Digitization for Maintenance Archives
Put an aging assembly into an indexed digital archive before the last sample is lost.

Industrial PCBA digitization is a documentation project. We photograph the assembly, record the stack-up, capture connectivity, and file the schematic and BOM under a revision name your archive can store.
Plants use the pack when a spare is consumed, when a sister site needs the same machine supported, or when a redesign starts years later. The archive states the sample identity and the authorization basis you provided.
Where this service fits
- One known-good assembly remains and it should not be the only record.
- Several sites run the same machine and need the same electrical archive.
- A shutdown is the only window to remove and document the board.
- Quality teams want a controlled revision, not a folder of unnamed photos.
What you receive
- Indexed photo set of both sides and notable parts
- Stack-up, outline, and connector notes
- Schematic and BOM tied to that sample revision
- An archive index with open items and measurement limits
How the work proceeds
- Agree the sample identity and the archive naming.
- Capture photos and copper before the sample returns to the crib.
- Build the schematic, BOM, and index.
- Deliver a single archive your document control can file.
Questions on this service
Is this only photography?
No. Photos support the net capture, schematic, and BOM. A picture folder alone is not the deliverable.
Who owns the archive?
You do. We keep a working record only as long as needed to finish and support the handover.
Request a project review
Send the board context, layer count, and the maintenance goal. Quotes are prepared after that review.
