Legacy Equipment Controller Recovery for a Single Spare

One spare controller remained for a machine that is still booked for years of production.

Background

Document control had mechanical drawings and no electrical pack. The owner did not want the last spare to be the only record of the circuit.

What we did

We digitized the assembly: indexed photos, stack-up notes, schematic, and BOM, all filed under the sample serial the owner provided. Destructive layer access was not required.

Files handed over

A single archive folder with an index, the schematic, the BOM, and the photo set. Open items were limited to two coated nets.

Result

The spare returned to the crib. A sister site received the same archive instead of borrowing the physical board.
