Multilayer Industrial Board Record Recovery for a Spare Lot
A six-layer controller needed fabrication data before a maintenance lot could be built.

Background
The owner had a bare sample and permission to deprocess it. Earlier attempts to build from photos of the outer layers had failed incoming inspection.
What we did
We recorded the stack-up, captured internal copper under an agreed deprocess plan, and reconstructed Gerber and drill files. Limits were written beside any feature the bare sample could not prove, such as a worn legend.
Files handed over
Gerber layers, drill file, stack-up note, and a fabrication checklist. The schematic was cross-checked against the outer nets only.
Result
The owner's fabricator ran CAM on the package and accepted it for a maintenance lot after their own electrical test plan was added.
